  • Initial Consultation- Discussion of your needs
  • Second Consultation- Event Design Planning, Vendor Recommendations Review, Budget Review, Planning Guide, Receive Personalized Wedding Binder and Disk with Template Word and Excel Forms
  • Third Consultation- (6-8 weeks out) On-site meeting (at reception site) review event details, reception layout, discuss need areas, plan ceremony, finalize details including Timeline and Event Plan Sheet
  • Fourth Consultation- (2 Weeks Prior) Confirm final arrangements, finalize Timeline
  • Confirm all vendor services and arrival/delivery times
  • Send out Timeline to Vendors and Wedding Party
  • Attend and facilitate Ceremony Rehearsal
  • Day of Coordination to Include:
    • Assist Bride & Bridal Party as needed with access to ‘Emergency Kit’
    • Ensure décor and layout is as planned
    • Verify all vendor deliveries/arrivals
    • Distribute bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, etc.
    • Coordinate Ceremony
    • Confirm transportation from ceremony to reception site
    • Coordinate flow of reception as specified in timeline (adjusting if needed)
    • Bustling of Wedding Gown
    • Facilitate cake cutting and bouquet/garter toss
    • Have To-Go Meal arranged for Bride & Groom
    • Confirm Get-Away transportation
    • Distribute toss items and/or favors
    • Supervise transportation of gifts to specified location
    • Ensure all keepsake items are packed and sent with gifts
    • Ensure cake-top is packaged properly and sent to specified location

    • Set-up of all appointments
    • Assist in negotiation of all contracts
    • Unlimited availability to answer questions via Phone or Email
  • Arrange Out-of-Town Guest Accommodations
    • Rate negotiation and contract review
    • Monitor Pick-Up to ensure contract obligations are met
    • Offer suggestions for Welcome Bags include To-Do’s in Austin, assembly of bags and their delivery to Hotel
  • Invitations
    • Assist in design and selection
    • Delivery to Calligrapher and pick up
    • Stuffing and Mailing (postage paid by Bride)
  • Monthly Meeting to Discuss Progress
  • Reminders for deposits and other ‘Decision Due’ dates
